首屆全國清真食品清真監制認証工作座談會在杭州召開
The first national halal halal producer certification work forum held in Hangzhou
為進一步促進國內清真食品適應市場化、全球化的需求，規范國內清真食品企業的標準化生產，近日，中國伊斯蘭教協會組織的全國清真食品清真監制認証工作座談會在杭州召開。

參加會議的有各省、自治區、直轄市伊協相關負責人約50人，這是中國伊協自成立以來舉辦的首次全國性清真食品監制認証工作座談會。中國伊協副會長郭承真、洪長有，浙江省民宗委副主任陳振華等領導出席會議。

會議就中國伊協如何進一步做好國內清真食品清真監制及出口認証工作，研究與各省、自治區、直轄市伊協的分工合作、制定統一的清真監制、認証標準及規范操作程序，如何加強對國內清真食品清真監制、認証企業的管理與監督，確保清真食品的純正和維護穆斯林消費者的合法權益等議題進行座談。
