Introduction of green building certification LEED
LEED认证由美国绿色建筑协会建立并于2003年推行的Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Building Rating System（LEED，能源与环境设计先锋奖），是目前在世界各国的各类建筑环保评估、绿色建筑评估以及建筑可持续性评估标准中被认为是最完善、最有影响力的评估标准。
LEED certification by the United States Green Building Association and in 2003 the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Building Rating System (LEED, leadership in energy and environmental design), is currently the assessment, countries in the world for all types of building green building assessment and building sustainability assessment standard is considered to be the most perfect, the most influential evaluation criteria.
LEED体系分为铂金、金、银和认证级别四个认证等级。其中仅有大约百分之五获得铂金认证。
The LEED system consists of platinum, gold, silver and certification level Four certification level. Only about five percent received platinum certification.
