日前，欧尚在无锡开办的长江北路门店通过了LEED现有设施运营管理认证，这也是中国第一个获得这一国际公认的绿色建筑认证体系的商务设施。

据了解，欧尚主要采用了PEMS系统对现有门店进行节能改造。它通过计算机网络、全集成的控制系统，来控制和监控门店所有主要用能设备的系统，减少能耗。

此外，它还可以根据全年日间室外采光的变化来自动调节室内照明系统的运行时间表。而用水效率的节省，则归功于无水小便器和节水洁具在门店所有卫生间的安装和使用。
