近日，国家认监委发布公告，世界认证服务（中国）有限公司未经国家认监委批准，擅自在中国境内从事认证活动并颁发质量管理体系认证证书。

其行为违反了《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》的规定，属非法认证，所颁发认证证书均属无效。
