国际标准化技术委员会ISO/TC 153/SC1(阀门/设计、制造、标志、试验)在法国圣丹尼的AFNOR总部举行了第28届全体会议，其下属WG8(蝶阀)、WG10(散逸性)、WG11(石油工业用球阀)和WG13(低温阀门)等4个工作组同时召开了工作组会议。

　　全国阀门标准化技术委员会组织代表团参加了本次会议。代表团团长由全国阀门标准化技术委员会黄明亚秘书长担任，来自合肥通用机械研究院、中国石油工程建设公司华东设计分公司、江苏神通阀门股份有限公司、苏州纽威阀门有限公司4家单位5名成员组成。

　　WG8工作组主要讨论ISO 10631 《金属蝶阀一般要求》标准DIS阶段的修改意见。我国专家提出的修改蝶阀口径范围等得到了与会专家和工作组召集人的采纳。工作组会议讨论后达成一致意见，同意该标准进入FDIS阶段。

　　WG10工作组主要讨论对ISO 15848-1和ISO 15848-2两项国际标准进行修订的评论意见。因各成员国对这两项标准的修改意见较多，SC1秘书处决定重新修订ISO 15848-1和ISO 15848-2标准。WG10工作组召集人Mr. Yves BIREMBAUT将于2012年底向SC1秘书处提交CD稿，中国将积极参与这两项标准的修订工作。

　　　WG13工作组主要讨论制定ISO/DIS 28921-1“工业阀门-低温用隔离阀第1部分：设计、制造和产品试验”的评论意见。工作组会议讨论后，该标准将进入FDIS阶段。本次会议没有讨论ISO/NP 28921-2“工业阀门-低温用隔离阀第2部分：型式试验”，该标准由韩国负责起草，计划于2012年11月中旬在美国的洛杉矶开会讨论。
