ISO ISO/TC130 certification of the twenty-sixth annual conference of the United States held in Chicago
2012年9月30-10月6日，ISO/TC130第26届年会在美国芝加哥举行。来自14个国家的近80位专家参加了WG1、WG2、WG2/TF2、WG2/TF4、WG3、WG4、WG5、WG11、WG12、WG13的会议及全体会议。以李安秘书长为团长的中国印刷标准化代表团参加了会议，代表团中有6名ISO/TC130注册专家，分别是何晓辉、刘霞、邓国康、彭安琪、陈杰文、方君阳。
2012 September 30-10 months 6, twenty-sixth annual meeting of ISO/TC130 in the United States Chicago. From 14 countries and nearly 80 experts attended the WG1, WG2, WG2/TF2, WG2/TF4, WG3, WG4, WG5, WG11, WG12, WG13 meetings and plenary sessions. The Secretary-General Ang Lee as the head of the Chinese printing standardization delegation attended the conference, delegates of 6 ISO/TC130 certified experts, are He Xiaohui, Liu Xia, Deng Guokang, Peng Anqi, Chen Jiewen, Fang Junyang.
10月2日召开的WG1会议上，与会专家逐条审议了ISO5776在新一轮的NWIP阶段收到的评论，决定在进一步修改后直接进入DIS阶段。目前，我国专家参与的工作已全部完成，接下来便是等待ISO5776经过必要的ISO程序后进入出版阶段了。
October 2nd's WG1 meeting, the experts by the consideration of ISO5776 in the new round of the NWIP phase of the comments received, decided to further modifications directly after the entry into DIS phase. At present, our experts to participate in the work has been completed, then wait for the ISO5776 after the necessary ISO program into the publishing stage.

　　10月3日，WG12的会议由组长/召集人何晓辉主持召开。来自中国、巴西、瑞士、德国、意大利、英国、美国、日本、瑞典、韩国等10个国家的29位专家参加了会议。我国刘霞女士介绍了ISOPreCD16763自4月印尼会议以来所做的修改及原因，邓国康先生展示了背衬材料的样张并播放了两种贴背衬方式的视频。由于各国对水基胶、稳定测试和拉力测试的数据及设备尚有不同意见，会议决定待最终达成共识后再对这几部分进行修改。与会专家对16763进入CD阶段并无异议，但一致认为应在完成进一步的完善后再正式提交CD投票。会议对收到的ISO/WD16762评论意见进行了逐条讨论，并决定由英国的JohnCharnock执笔，将英国专家建议的湿度、前后套准和试机样张等内容补充到现有的ISO/WD16762中。
In October 3rd, WG12 session by team leader / convener He Xiaohui chaired. From China, Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Britain, the United States, Japan, Sweden, South Korea and other 10 countries of the 29 experts attended the meeting. Our lady Liu Xia introduced the ISOPreCD16763 from Indonesia in April meeting since modifications and reason, Mr. Deng Guokang shows backing material proofs and play two attached backing the way video. Because each country to water-based glue, stability test and tensile test data and equipment there are different views, the meeting decided to stay after the final consensus on the part of modified. Expert attending the meeting on 16763 into the CD stage there is no objection, but agreed that should be completed further improved after the official submission CD vote. Conference on the received ISO/WD16762 comments were detailed discussed, and decided by the British JohnCharnock authored, British expert advice, humidity before and after alignment and test machine proofs content added to the existing ISO/WD16762.
　　10月6日召开了全体会议，与会各国代表团团长、各组组长及秘书出席会议。会议就相关问题进行了讨论、决议。在这次全体会议上，ISO/TC130做出决议，将于2013年5月19-24日在我国深圳市举行春季工作组会议。
October 6th held a plenary session, the heads of delegations, group leader and secretary at the meeting. The conference discusses some relevant issues, resolution. In this plenary meeting, ISO/TC130 made the decision, will in 2013 May 19-24 in China working group meeting held in Shenzhen city in spring.
