近期要，乌克兰向WTO秘书处通报了有机生产原则法规草案(http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/tbt/tbt_repository/UKR69_UK_1_1.doc)。草案规定了国家有机生产政策的定义、目的、国家有机生产政策的执行措施、有机生产原则（一般和特殊要求）、有机生产领域的主管机关。
Recently, Ukraine to the WTO Secretariat informed organic production principle of draft regulations ( http: / / ec.europa.eu / enterprise / TBT / tbt_repository / UKR69_UK_1_1.doc ). The draft stipulates the national organic production policy definition, purpose, national organic production policy enforcement measures, organic production principles ( general and special requirements ), organic production areas of the authority.
　　法律草案还规定了有机生产基础、过渡期、有机产品（原材料）销售一般要求、有机产品（原材料）标签一般要求、有机生产认证、有机生产科学方法支持、有机生产领域的国际合作。
The draft law also provides for organic production base, transition period, organic products ( raw materials ), sales of general requirements of organic products ( raw materials ) label general requirements, certified organic production, organic production, scientific method to support international cooperation in the field of organic production.
