日前，从南非开普敦召开的ISO/TC102铁矿石与直接还原铁技术委员会第15次国际标准会议传来消息，由宁波检验检疫局承担制定的我国首项ISO国际标准，即ISO17992已顺利解决ISO标准制修订的所有技术问题。自2003年以来，由宁波局承担召集和负责的ISO/TC102/SC2/SG18项目工作组，即“ISO17992铁矿石-砷含量检测-氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法”，是我国第一次向ISO/TC102提出的铁矿石ISO新标准提案，是我国首次承担召集和作为项目负责人的铁矿石ISO标准制定项目，也是ISO铁矿石标准系列中首个采用原子吸收联用技术的ISO标准。在项目召集人的努力下，南非会议终止原先的项目研究组，重新成立由中国、澳大利亚、巴西、日本、荷兰5国专家组成的项目工作组（WG），项目进入DIS投票阶段。

    目前，项目负责人已经准备好了DIS草案，3个月的DIS投票期结束后可接着进行标准出版前最后一轮投票，因此6~9个月可以结束该标准制修订的全部流程。因在此之前的投票中已经没有任何成员国提出反对票，也没有提出任何技术性意见，因此下两轮投票将会很顺利。以该国际标准制修订工作的进展为契机，宁波检验检疫局已培养出一个标准化研究团队，将进一步推出新的系列新标准提案，推进铁矿石标准的发展，在国际标准化领域增强我国的话语权，在国际技术谈判中维护我国利益，并以此提升我国的影响力和软实力。
