我国承担ISO碳捕获与碳储存联合秘书处工作
Our commitment to ISO carbon capture and storage the United Secretariat
日前从中国标准化研究院获悉，经国际标准化组织（ISO）技术管理局批准，我国与加拿大共同承担ISO碳捕获与碳储存联合秘书处（ISO/TC 265）工作。
Recently from the China National Institute of standardization was informed, by the international organization for Standardization ( ISO ) Technology Administration approval, China and Canada share ISO carbon capture and storage the United Secretariat ( ISO / TC 265) work.
　　据介绍，ISO/TC 265联合秘书处的承担单位为中国标准化研究院和加拿大标准化协会。2011年5月，加拿大标准理事会向ISO建议成立碳捕获与碳储存技术委员会。在ISO成员国中进行了3个月的投票，2011年9月在ISO技术管理局会议上获得批准，由加拿大标准理事会承担秘书处。后经中国标准化研究院与加方沟通并获得ISO技术管理局批准，同意设立联合秘书处，由中国和加拿大双方共同承担。
According to introduction, ISO / TC 265joint commitment of the Secretariat of the unit for the China National Institute of standardization and Canadian Standards association. In 2011May, Standards Council of Canada to ISO recommended the establishment of carbon capture and storage technology committee. In ISO member countries for 3 months in2011September vote, ISO Technology Management Bureau meeting approved, by the Standards Council of Canada undertakes secretariat. By the China National Institute of standardization and the plus side of communication and ISO Technology Administration approval, agreed to establish the Joint Secretariat, from China and Canada both shared.
　　据了解，碳捕获与碳储存是ISO的一个全新的工作领域。碳捕获与储存是指将大型发电厂、钢铁厂、化工厂等排放源产生的二氧化碳收集起来，经压缩后运输到指定地点进行长期封存，封存方式分为地质封存、海洋封存、碳酸盐矿石固存以及工业利用固存等，以避免直接向大气中排放CO2。经ISO技术管理局批准的ISO/TC 265工作职责为：在碳捕获及碳储存(CCS)领域内材料、设备、环境规划与管理、风险管理、量化和核查等及相关活动的标准化；排除已在ISO石油、石化和天然气工业用设备材料及海上结构技术委员会范围内用于钻井、生产、管道运输的设备和材料。
It is understood, carbon capture and storage of ISO is a new field of work. Carbon capture and storage refers to the large power plants, steel mills, chemical plants and other sources to produce carbon dioxide collected, compressed transport to designated locations in long-term storage, storage mode is divided into geological storage, ocean storage, carbonate mineral sequestration and industrial utilization of sequestration, in order to avoid directly discharged to the atmosphere CO2. The ISO Technology Administration approval of the ISO / TC 265duties: in carbon capture and storage ( CCS ) in the field of materials, equipment, environmental planning and management, risk management, quantitative and verification and related activities of standardization; has been ruled out in ISO petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries for materials and equipment offshore structure technical committee range used in drilling, production, pipeline transportation equipment and materials.
　　据我方联合秘书、中国标准化研究院研究员刘玫介绍，多年来，该院承担了大量的应对气候变化方面的标准化科研和标准制定工作，承担了ISO环境管理技术委员会温室气体管理分技术委员会联合秘书处的工作，积极参与国际标准的制定。
According to our joint secretary, Chinese standardization academy researcher Liu Mei, over the years, this courtyard undertook a large number of climate change with respect to the standardization of research and standards development work, assuming ISO Environmental Management Technical Committee greenhouse gas Management Technical Committee of the Joint Secretariat work, actively participate in the formulation of international standards.
