江西、四川检验检疫局、浙江省质监局开展管理体系认证监督检查工作

为贯彻落实国家认监委有关2012年管理体系认证有效性监督检查活动要求，江西、四川检验检疫局，浙江省质监局积极采取措施，开展管理体系认证监督检查工作。

　　江西检验检疫局  结合工作实际，要求各相关业务部门、分支机构结合对出口企业的日常监管情况，摸底调查出口企业取得质量、环境、职业安全等管理体系认证的覆盖率。按不少于10%的比例制定管理体系执法检查计划，在8月30日前完成检查任务。并在9月30日前将检查情况及发现的问题汇总，上报国家认监委。

　　浙江省质监局  将通过半年时间在全省开展管理体系认证监督检查，分为准备、实施、后处理、总结等四个阶段。检查范围为省内获得质量安全管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系认证的企业。质量管理体系重点检查企业申请认证的基本条件、内审及管理评审、质量管理、认证证书使用及标志的使用等；环境管理体系认证重点检查企业申请的基本条件、环境管理体系的建立、环境因素等；职业健康与安全管理体系认证重点检查企业申请认证的基本条件、管理体系的建立及体系文件、风险评价和风险控制的策划等。
