　　ISO9000质量系列认证在建筑装饰行业已经进行了多年，但是并没有取得所期盼的实际效果，很多专家认为，大部分企业在获得ISO9000质量系列认证之后，实际工作中贯彻执行得并不理想。为什么会产生这种现象，企业认证是在虚晃一枪还是与外来的管理经验水土不服？日前，记者就这一现象采访了中国建筑装饰协会信息咨询委员会专家组办公室主任鲁心源。

　　鲁心源首先介绍了装饰行业认证ISO9000质量系列认证的基本情况。改革开放以后，由于我国没有建立符合国际惯例的认证制度，因此在国际贸易中面临着在经济上蒙受损失和受到设置技术壁垒的限制,一些了解认证的企业每年也不得不花费大量外汇去申请国外认证和由国外认证机构出具检验报告。所以，建立我国的认证制度，开展产品质量认证和体系认证工作，在90年代成为我国质量认证工作的当务之急。90年代后期，装饰行业根据当时形式的发展，在行业内部逐步进行了ISO9000认证的推广。

　　鲁心源认为，ISO9000质量系列认证是来自国外的一个认证标准，它主要是适用于生产型企业的一种认证，装饰行业进行推广之后，并没有结合装饰行业自身的特点进行具体化和本土化，因此认证之后，在实际贯彻执行过程中有些脱节。
