GB / T 50430-2007: 11 quality management standard for construction quality inspection and acceptance

11.1  一般规定

11.1 general provisions

11.1.1    施工企业应建立并实施施工质量检查制度。施工企业应规定各管理层次对施工质量检查与验收活动进行监督管理的职责和权限。检查和验收活动应由具备相应资格的人员实施。施工企业应按规定做好对分包工程的质量检查和验收工作。

11.3  施工质量验收

11.3.1    施工企业应按规定策划并实施施工质量验收。施工企业应建立试验、检测管理制度。

11.3.2    施工企业应在竣工验收前，进行内部验收，并按规定参加工程竣工验收。
