GB / T 50430-2007 quality management standard: 5 human resources management
5.1    一般规定
5.1 general provisions
5.1.1        施工企业应建立并实施人力资源管理制度。施工企业的人力资源管理应满足质量管理需要。
5.1.1 construction enterprise shall establish and implement the human resource management system. Human resources management in construction enterprises should meet the needs of quality management.
5.1.2        施工企业应根据质量管理长远目标制定人力资源发展规划。

5.2  人力资源配置

5.1.1        施工企业应以文件的形式确定与质量管理岗位相适应的任职条件,包括:

5.1.2        施工企业应按照岗位任职条件配置相应的人员。项目经理、施工质量检查人员、特种作业人员等应按照国家法律法规的要求持证上岗。
