　　第32届ISO/TC176/SC2全会于2007年6月11日至15日在芬兰赫尔辛基会展中心举行，40多个国家和组织的120余名代表出席了会议。在会议开幕会上，SC2主席John Davies博士正式宣布我国中国标准化研究院质量所田武为SC2联合秘书，并将在主席的指导下，与SC2秘书（来自BSI的Charles Corrie先生）密切合作，共同工作。
The thirty-second ISO / TC176 / SC2 plenum in June 11, 2007 to 15 in Finland Helsinki Convention and Exhibition Center, more than 40 countries and organizations in more than 120 delegates attended the meeting. 　　会议上，SC2/WG18下设的TG1.19（负责9001的修正工作）、TG1.20（负责9004的修订工作）、 TG1.21（负责9001、9004修订过程的评审与确认）和TG1.22（负责沟通与支持）均召开了会议，我国中国标准化研究院质量所田武、谷艳君分别作为TG1.19 和TG1.20的注册专家参加了修正9001和修订9004的工作组会议，并在会议上提出了意见。
The meeting, SC2 / WG18 under the TG1.19 ( responsible for 9001 of the revised work ), TG1.20 ( responsible for the 9004 Revision ), TG1.21 ( 9001, 9004 revision process responsible for review and confirmation) and TG1.22 ( responsible for the communication and support ) have held the meeting, China China National Institute of standardization quality, Gu Yanjun Tian Wu as TG1.19 and TG1.20 certified experts participated in the amendment 9001 and revised 9004 working group meetings, and at the meeting put forward opinions.
　　负责修正ISO 9001标准的TG1.19工作组的40余名专家分为3个小组，针对来自各成员国有关新版ISO/CD 9001标准的意见按照设计规范规定的含义明确无歧异、与ISO14001:2004兼容的原则进行了逐条评议，确定全部接受、部分接受、不接受，或提供几种可供选择的方案，在全组会议上进行最终表决。

　　本次会议决定，自2007年6月第32届SC2会议后，新版ISO9001标准将进入DIS阶段。2008年5月进入FDIS 阶段，计划2008年10月正式发布ISO9001:2008标准。
The meeting decided that, since 2007 June at the thirty-second session of the SC2, the new ISO9001 standards will enter DIS phase. In 2008 May entry into FDIS phase, plans in 2008 October officially launched the ISO9001: 2008 standard.
　　负责修订ISO9004标准的TG1.20工作组的20余名专家分为5个小组，针对来自各成员国有关新版ISO/CD 9004标准的意见进行了逐条评议，由于意见分歧较大，难以取得较大程度的一致，认为该标准草案相对新版ISO9001标准草案来说不够成熟，故决定在修订过程方面不再强调ISO9004标准与ISO 9001标准是协调一致的一对标准。

　　本次会议决定，自2007年6月第32届SC2会议后，新版ISO9004标准将进入CD2阶段。2007年12月进入CD3 阶段，2008年5月进入DIS 阶段，2009年2月进入FDIS阶段，计划2009年8月正式发布ISO9004:2009标准。

　　改版中的ISO9001和 ISO9004 目前正在评审过程中,目标是预计在2009年年中(现在预计) 颁布这两款新标准。
