　　自年初开始，该市相关部门和乡镇按照各自责任，对示范区内不锈钢企业开展综合检查和技术帮扶活动。

 　　一是摸清家底，制订针对性措施。组织人员对所有不锈钢企业进行了深入的、详实的调查摸底，对企业生产设备、工艺流程、基础管理、安全环保工作等进行了汇总和分类，同时制订了详实的工作措施，要求相关企业对照要求，迅速落实，整改提高。

 　　二是组织集中整治，重点解决企业中存在的突出问题。各成员单位先后开展了4次联合执法检查活动，主要是产品质量、依标生产和标识标注使用状况执法检查；企业环境保护，特别是酸洗加工企业“集中酸洗，集中管理，废水零排放”执法检查；企业节能降耗执法检查，以及企业安全生产执法检查。4次执法检查，共出动人员200多人次，关停企业3家。
