1．熟悉标准，认真阅读GB/T20014《良好农业规范》标准，了解标准中的要求；

（1）文件准备

企业在接受认证机构的检查之前，应当准备齐全GB/T20014《良好农业规范》要求的所有文件，若是第一次接受检查，须保存三个月以上的完整农事活动书面记录，包括产品的可追溯性文件。这些文件和记录以证明申请方确实进行了GAP操作。

（2）地点和设施的准备

作物生产地块、设施、场所；进行GAP生产和加工的标志（牌子）；生产环境的卫生情况；工人的福利状况；对生产过程中可能出现的紧急事故的处理能力；对GAP控制点的遵从情况；是否能够有效地防止农业操作过程中的交叉污染；GAP产品和其他产品的隔离措施以及地块的准备等等。

主要是管理人员、内部检查员和生产加工人员对GAP标准理解，以及根据标准活动的实施情况。

6．内部检查员应该对认证的地块上GAP操作体系的执行情况每年进行至少一次内部检查（自我检查）。重点是操作中的不符合项、整改措施的落实情况。

7．检查安排

作物类检查：初次检查要求申请人提供获得注册号之后，收获日期之前的3个月的记录。

宜在收获期间安排初次检查，以便对与收获相关的控制点（如最大农残限量、收获期间的卫生除害等）进行查证。

申请一种以上作物的认证，如果生产期同步或相近的，检查时间宜靠近收获期；如果生产期不同步或不相近的，那么初次认证检查应在最早收获作物的收获期间进行，其他产品在通过现场检查或者由生产者提供可接受的证据，验证了适用控制点的符合性后，可加入到认证证书的覆盖范围。
