ISO三大体系认证证书办理流程

1. 申请者向认证机构提出认证申请，并提交所需材料；

2. 认证机构对申请者提交的材料进行初步审核，确认材料齐全、符合要求后，发出受理通知，并确定审核时间；

2. The certification body conducts a preliminary review of the materials submitted by the applicant, confirms that the materials are complete and meet the requirements, issues an acceptance notice, and determines the review time;

3. 认证机构指派审核组对申请者的管理体系进行现场审核，审核内容包括体系文件的符合性、体系运行的符合性、有效性等；

3. The certification body assigns an audit team to conduct on-site audits of the applicant's management system, including the conformity of system documents, the conformity and effectiveness of system operation, etc;

4. 审核组对现场审核中发现的问题进行汇总，并提交给认证机构；

4. The audit team shall summarize the problems found during the on-site audit and submit them to the certification body;

5. 认证机构对审核组提交的审核报告进行审查，确认现场审核中提出的问题是否得到有效整改，并作出是否批准认证的决定；

5. The certification body reviews the audit report submitted by the audit team, confirms whether the issues raised during the on-site audit have been effectively rectified, and makes a decision on whether to approve the certification;

6. 对于批准认证的组织，认证机构颁发相应的ISO三大体系认证证书，并予以注册公布；

6. For organizations that have approved certification, the certification body shall issue corresponding ISO certification certificates for the three major systems and register and publish them;

7. 认证机构对获得认证的组织进行监督和定期复审，确保组织持续符合管理体系标准要求。

7. Certification bodies supervise and regularly review certified organizations to ensure their continuous compliance with management system standards.
