ISO certification China certification and Accreditation Association for the second session of the sixth meeting of the Council was held in Beijing
4月10日，中国认证认可协会（以下简称协会）第2届理事会第6次会议暨第6次常务理事会在京召开。质检总局副局长、认监委主任孙大伟，中国认证认可协会会长王凤清出席会议并讲话。
In April 10th, China certification and Accreditation Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) the second meeting of the Sixth Council and the Sixth Executive Council was held in beijing. Deputy director of the General Administration of quality inspection, CNCA director Sun Dawei, President of the China certification and Accreditation Association Wang Fengqing attended the meeting and made a speech.
    孙大伟强调，今年是全面深化改革的第一年。认证认可机构要以改革创新的精神坚持深化改革、激发活力，推进整合优化、多元共治，加强认证认可制度、市场和行业治理体系建设，进一步完善中国特色认证认可工作体系，实现科学管理、创新发展。
Sun Dawei emphasizes, this year is the first year of comprehensive reform. Certification and accreditation agencies to the spirit of reform and innovation, deepen reform, stimulate the vitality, promote the integration and optimization, multi governance, strengthening the system of certification and accreditation system, market and industry management, further improve the China characteristics of certification and accreditation system, to realize the scientific management, innovation and development.
他对协会今后的工作提出了3点要求：一是要进一步发挥行业自律机制、市场竞争机制、社会采信机制的激励指导作用，构建多元治理格局；二是要进一步提升行业自律能力，构建诚信自律、责任追溯、资质管理、能力评价紧密结合的自我约束机制；三是要积极组织从业机构完善市场规则，制定推动引导行业健康有序发展的规则指南，引导认证认可从业机构和从业人员诚信经营、诚实守约，塑造良好的行业现象。
He put forward 3 requirements for the future work of the association: one is to further play the role of industry self-regulation mechanism, market competition mechanism, social acceptance mechanism incentive guidance, construct the multiple governance pattern; two is to further promote industry self-discipline, self-restraint mechanism in the construction of honesty and self-discipline, responsibility, quality management, traceability ability evaluation closely combined; three is to actively organize institutions to improve market rules, formulate rules guide to promote healthy and orderly development of the industry, guide the certification and accreditation institutions and practitioners of business integrity, honesty and compliance, create good industry phenomenon.
    据了解，今年中国认证认可协会将从6个方面开展工作，对认证咨询和认证培训管理引入自愿性资质评价机制；发挥协会行业自律管理职能，全面推进认证认可行业诚信体系建设，完善行业自律规范；继续推进试行认证职业责任保险，细化会员服务的管理工作；在重点领域加快形成创新突破；加强督办管理，重点落实群教活动整改措施；整合信息资源，针对性建设高效持久的信息化平台。
Reportedly, this year Chinese certification and Accreditation Association will work from 6 aspects, introducing voluntary qualification evaluation mechanism of authentication consultation and certification training management; develop association self-discipline management functions, comprehensively promote the construction of credit system of certification and accreditation industry, improve the industry self-discipline norms; continue to promote the pilot certification occupation liability insurance, refine the membership service management work; in key areas to speed up the formation of innovation; strengthen supervision management, focus on the implementation of group activities to teach the rectification measures; the integration of information resources, the information platform construction of efficient and long-lasting.
    会议表决通过了“关于协会副会长变更的提案”和“关于3项行业自律和诚信建设规范的提案”。
The session adopted by vote of the "about the vice president of the association of change proposal" and "about 3 industry self-discipline and integrity of the building standard proposal".
