2014年3月27日，ISO/TC274光与照明技术委员会第二次全体成员会议在法国标准化协会(AFNOR)第17会议室召开，我国代表团由北京半导体照明科技促进中心(国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟)阮军、北京电光源研究所张伟、浙江大学牟同升、深圳市标准技术研究院詹炜、中国建筑科学研究院王书晓等五人组成。
In March 27, 2014, ISO/TC274 light and lighting technology committee second plenary meetings of the members in the French Association for Standardization (AFNOR) seventeenth meeting room, my delegation from Beijing semiconductor lighting technology promotion center (national semiconductor lighting industry alliance and Engineering), Zhang Wei, Ruan Jun Beijing electric light source Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Shenzhen, Mou Tongsheng, Zhan Wei Institute of standards and technology Chinese Academy of Building Research Wang Shuxiao and five.
  本次会议上，任命了ISO/TC274与其他标准化组织(如ISO/TC163、ISO/TC205、IEC/TC34)的联络官，其中，中国建筑科学研究院王书晓成功担任ISO/TC274与ISO/TC205建筑物环境设计(Building environment design)的联络官;讨论通过了业务规划(business plan)，修改完善后秘书处将提交给ISO中央秘书处(CS)以得到技术管理局(TMB)的批准;ISO/TC274第三次会议将于2015年4月中旬在北京召开;在新项目提案(NWIP)建筑物照明能效(Energy performance of lighting in buildings)通过后，将成立工作组。
This meeting, the standard ISO/TC274 and other appointed Organization (such as ISO/TC163, ISO/TC205, IEC/TC34) liaison officer, among them, Wang Shuxiao China Academy of building research success as ISO/TC274 and ISO/TC205 building environment design (Building environment design) liaison officer; to discuss the adoption of the business plan (business plan), revise and improve the Secretary will be submitted to the ISO Central Secretariat (CS) to get the technology administration (TMB) approval; ISO/TC274 third meeting will be held in Beijing in 2015 mid April; in the new project proposal (NWIP) building lighting energy efficiency (Energy performance of lighting in buildings) is passed, will set up a working group.
  会上王书晓对ISO/TC205的工作做了介绍，涉及ISO/TC205工作范围、两个TC相关的工作组(WG)有哪些、后期工作建议等。ISO/TC274主席Martina女士对王书晓以PPT的方式进行详细介绍非常认可，希望今后liaison借鉴;牟同升教授介绍了非视觉效应的PPT，后期可以提交详细版，协调委员会再讨论;张伟对ISO/TC274与CIE牵头标准的分工、评选工作组的打分准则、提出提案想法的流程图、协作委员会构成等参与了讨论。中国代表团团长阮军根据国内联合工作组交流以及经请示国家标准委后，在会上提议ISO/TC274第三次成员大会2015年4月中旬在中国北京召开，同期中国照明学会和国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟将举行北京照明展和相关技术研讨会，以便参会的专家能够更多地进行交流。第三次大会将会对ISO/TC274标准化工作进行更详细地规划和讨论，也是我们参与国际标准化工作的良好契机，希望我国的专家和企业能更多地参与，后续将在国家标准委(SAC)指导下，尽快启动会议的筹备工作。
Will Wang Shuxiao on ISO/TC205's work is introduced, involving the ISO/TC205 working range, two TC related working group (WG), which later work suggestions. ISO/TC274 President Martina Wang Shuxiao in the way PPT introduce very much, hope liaison reference; Mou Tongsheng professor introduced non visual effect of the PPT, later can submit detailed version, and then discuss the Coordination Committee; Zhang Wei on ISO/TC274 and CIE lead standard division, selection of working group scoring criterion, proposing the idea flow diagram, structure coordination committee participated in the discussion. Chinese delegation Ruan Jun according to the joint working group communication as well as from the national standards committee, convened in Beijing in mid China ISO/TC274 third members of the general assembly in 2015 April at the meeting, over the same period Chinese Lighting Association and the national semiconductor lighting engineering research and Industry Association will be held in Beijing exhibition lighting and related technical seminar, participants experts to can be more exchanges. The Third Congress will be more detailed planning and Discussion on ISO/TC274 standardization work, is also a good opportunity for us to participate in international standardization work, hope our experts and enterprises to get more involved in, follow-up will be in the National Standards Committee (SAC) under the guidance of the meeting, to start preparatory work as soon as possible.
