消费者购物，买的就是质量，可生活中就有“买不走”的质量。这倒不是因为商品本身的质量有问题，而是因为，有一种质量是无法用钞票购买的。且听笔者讲一个真实的故事。

有一次，我的朋友到一家久负盛名的拉面店吃牛肉面，临行前特地带了一只饭盒，准备吃完后给自己的孩子也带一份回去。当服务员将两碗面端来，他刚要将其中一碗倒入饭盒，却被拉面的老师傅制止：“你这是干什么？”
