质量体系认证制度和国际互认

　　质量体系认证是源于市场贸易的质量保证需要，在贸易全球化的时代，质量体系认证应当是国际间的规范行为，目前，正由国际标准化组织（ISO）和国际电工委员会（IEC）这两个最大的国际标准化组织大力推进质量体系认证的国际互认，建立了“质量体系评定国际承认制度（QSAR）”，并得到了关贸总协定和世贸组织的支持与合作。
