10月9日至10日，国际标准化组织合格评定委员会（简称ISO/CASCO）第29届年会在北京召开。本次年会是ISO/CASCO首次在中国召开的年会。

中国认证认可协会会长、全国认证认可标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC261）主任委员王凤清出席开幕式并致辞。

She said, SAC/TC261 as a national counterpart of working mechanism of ISO/CASCO in China, and actively participate in international conformity assessment services, and ISO/CASCO to promote the conformity assessment in China and the global development, created the Chinese representatives to participate in the work of ISO/CASCO "golden ten years".
SAC/TC261成立10年来，中国代表积极参与了ISO/CASCO工作组的活动，在国际合格评定事务中发挥了实质性影响；实现了100%等同转化ISO/CASCO国际标准为中国国家标准的目标，并研制了几十项自主创新的认证认可国家标准，基本建立了既与国际接轨又适应国内需求的认证认可标准体系。
SAC/TC261 was founded 10 years ago, the representative of China actively participated in the ISO/CASCO group activities, played a substantial influence in international conformity assessment affairs; the 100% equivalent transformation of ISO/CASCO international standards for the China national standard target, and developed dozens of independent innovation of the certification and Accreditation of national standard, the basic set up not only in line with international standards also meet the standards system certification and Accreditation of domestic demand.
ISO/CASCO所制定的一系列国际标准，不仅在全球范围内成为合格评定活动的基本依据，也成为全球协调一致的合格评定活动的重要工具，而且在中国的合格评定标准体系发展中起到了不可替代的作用，为中国合格评定制度的建立和运行提供了有力支撑。
A series of international standards as the basis for ISO/CASCO, conformity assessment activities not only in the global scope, has become an important tool for co-ordinated global conformity assessment activities, but also the development of conformity assessment standards system in China plays an irreplaceable role, providing strong support for the establishment and operation of China conformity assessment system.
    据悉，年会期间还举办了“经济全球化、法规建设和消费者安全对合格评定的影响”国际研讨会活动。本次年会由国家标准委和国家认监委联合承办，中国认证认可协会协办。
