9月30日，国家质检总局局长办公会议审议并通过了《2011年度总局机关质量管理体系内部审核报告》。会议对质量管理体系在规范总局机关管理、提高工作效能方面所发挥的积极作用给予了充分的肯定，明确要求坚定不移地推进质量管理体系工作，不断提升机关内部管理水平。

据悉，此次质量管理体系内部审核工作自6月下旬开始，经历了方案策划、内审员培训、司局自查、专项审核、专家审核等阶段。审核中共发现不符合和需关注问题388个。根据会议要求，总局已启动对发现问题的整改落实工作，同时组织制定纠正和预防措施，确保质量管理体系持续改进、良好运行。
