9月16日，ISO/TC265第三届全会中国代表团座谈会在北京召开。
In September 16th, the third plenary session ISO/TC265 Chinese delegation forum held in Beijing.
中国代表团整装待发，为9月23日到25日在中国石油大学（北京）举办的全会做最后准备。
The Chinese delegation be fully equipped for, from September 23rd to 25 at the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) held a plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee making the final preparation.
　　
座谈会上，全会秘书组成员、工作组带头人等就大会议程、工作组工作方案与进展、标委会工作概况等进行汇报，并就筹备过程中发现的问题与代表团成员进行讨论。
At the meeting, committee secretary of group members, the working group leader to report on the conference agenda, group work plan and progress, marked the work situation, and then discuss the problems found in the preparatory process and the members of the delegation.
　　
目前，减缓温室气体排放成为国际社会普遍关注的大事。

我国政府、业界对此次会议极为重视，派出来自国家发改委气候司、国家标准委工业一部、中国石油和中国标准化研究院等30多名专家学者参加本届ISO/TC265全会，为国际二氧化碳捕获、运输与封存标准制定做出贡献。
The Chinese government, the industry of the conference very seriously, sent our climate, from national standards committee industrial department, China Petroleum and China National Institute of standardization and other more than 30 experts and scholars attending the ISO/TC265 meeting, capture, for the international carbon dioxide transport and sealing standards contribute.
与会专家认为，参与国际标准制定的过程，也是争取话语权与学习的过程。
The experts think, participate in international standard setting, but also strive for the discourse power and the learning process.
　　
据悉，此次全会将就二氧化碳捕获、运输与地质封存等方面进行研究，并将分别就国际标准化等问题展开深入探讨。
