　　谈到中国如何参与国际标准化工作时，张晓刚说：“拿钢铁行业举个例子，15年前中国只参与国际标准化组织1个技术委员会的制定工作，15年后的今天，我们参与6个技术委员会的工作，这是很大的进步。但是相对于美、英、法、德、日等发达国家，我们的数量要远远低于他们，我们的差距还很大。我们看到进步，也看到差距，我们就知道了未来的道路怎么走。”
