　　河北日报报道，为推动实施《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》，由国家质检总局、中宣部等26个部门联合开展的2013年全国“质量月”活动9月1日在四川成都启动。

　　据介绍，全国“质量月”期间我国将开展“质检利剑行动”，严查食品、儿童用品、化妆品、农资、建材、汽配制假售假等违法大案要案；严厉打击产品制售和进口环节中的违法行为，加大对进口商品的通报召回工作力度；加大对质量违法大案要案、社会关注热点问题的督查督办力度；通过行动曝光一批黑名单，查处一批质量违法案件，整治一批质量安全隐患突出的重点区域，严厉打击质量安全违法行为，提高质量安全保障水平。

　　在启动仪式上，四川、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏、广西等省区市质量技术监督部门正式宣布成立西南质量联盟协作网，开展全方位合作，并建立联合打假协作机制，开展跨省市联合打击质量违法行为，保障产品质量安全。
