国家认监委：境外乳企注册认证需通过所在国官方渠道

国家认证认可监督管理委员会注册管理部处长王刚周二透露，根据九部委6月下发的婴幼儿配方乳粉质量安全工作意见，认监委正在开展境外婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业注册管理，境外企业需通过官方渠道申请认证。

王刚表示，出于贸易风险考虑，认监委只会接受境外企业提供的所在国官方部门提供的企业认证检测文件报告，认证检测包括目前食品安全进出口检疫领域的所有方面。
Wang Gang said, for trade risk considerations, CNCA will only detect file with country authorities overseas enterprises to provide an enterprise certification certification testing report, including all aspects of current food safety import and export quarantine area.
“具体的认证注册办法还在制定，一旦文件制定完成，将第一时间通知各国驻华使团。我们到时也会定期在认监委官网上公布通过注册认证的企业，国内企业可以按照名单和对方进行合作。”

6月下发的九部门《关于进一步加强婴幼儿配方乳粉质量安全工作的意见》规定，严格实行境外婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业注册管理，严禁未注册企业向境内出口婴幼儿配方乳粉。
