8月24日，昆山出入境检验检疫局收到全国自行车标准化技术委员会秘书处的告知函，称该局自行车检测中心袁兴启工程师代表中国自行车标准化技术委员会就自行车稳定性条款的修改意见和所作的测试结果，被国际标准化组织ISO/TC149采纳。据悉，这是中国作为自行车王国首次参与自行车国际标准的修订。
