近日，由住宅科技产业技术创新战略联盟主办，中国建筑设计研究院（集团）、中国技术交易所有限公司等4家单位联合承办的国家住宅与居住环境工程技术推广展示交易平台及品牌发布、重点工程技术推介会在北京举行。

据了解，此次活动发布的住宅科技创新指数是由北京集慧智佳知识产权管理咨询有限公司牵头，多家住宅联盟成员单位共同参与编制的有关科技对住宅的宜居、健康、适老、能效等性能的贡献指数。
