澳大利亚发布气候变化风险管理新标准

Australia issued new standards for risk management of climate change

　　澳大利亚标准化协会日前制定首部明确社区和基础设施气候变化风险管理的国家标准。

Australia Standards Association recently developed the first clear community infrastructure and climate change risk management standards.

　　澳大利亚标准化协会首席执行官Colin Blair表示，该自愿性标准包括气候变化适当风险管理。其制定原则为，气候变化风险管理是决策制定中不可分割的部分，并且要基于可获得的最佳信息。

Australia Standards Association chief executive Colin Blair said, the voluntary standards including climate changeappropriate risk management. The design principle, climate change risk management decision making is part of the indivisible, and should be based on the best information available.

　　新标准将提供风险管理的原则和指导方针，用于识别和管理社区和基础设施所面对的气候变化的风险。它基于风险管理程序，提供系统化的方法，适用于社区规划及相关的基础设施。该标准和国际标准ISO 31000∶2009风险管理、原则和指导方针保持一致。

The new standard will provide the guidelines and principlesof risk management for climate change, identification and management of community and infrastructure are facingthe risk of. It is based on risk management procedures,provide a systematic method, suitable for communityplanning and related infrastructure. The standard and the international standard ISO 31000 ∶ 2009 risk management, the guidelines and principles remain the same.
