ISO认证,韩国技术与标准院更新玩具标准的要求
ISO certification, the South Korean technology and Standards Institute request updated toy standards
韩国技术与标准院(KATS)曾公布修改后的玩具的自我监管安全确认标准。近日,该机构又宣布,更新后标准的生效期由2013年1月1日延长至2013年7月1日。
The South Korean technology and Standards Institute (KATS) has published the self-regulatory safety confirmation standard modified toys. Recently, the agency also announced, the updated standard effective date from January 1, 2013 until July 1, 2013.
  韩国技术与标准院(KATS)曾发布第2012-32号通告,公布修改后的玩具的自我监管安全确认标准。近日,该机构又宣布,更新后标准的生效期由2013年1月1日延长至2013年7月1日。新标准的主要变化包括:
The South Korean technology and Standards Institute (KATS) has issued Notice No. 2012-32, announced the self-regulatory safety confirmation standard modified toys. Recently, the agency also announced, the updated standard effective date from January 1, 2013 until July 1, 2013. Including the main changes of the new standards:
  1)根据新版的EN71、ASTM和ISO8124标准做了某些改动:

  * 玩具、室内/室外使用的秋千、滑梯和类似活动玩具的标准需要修订;

  * 增加关于电动玩具上适配器的充电指示LED灯的法规要求;

  * 美甲使用的粘合剂中的甲醛释放量不得超过50毫克/千克。

  2)增加了关于软体填充玩具和玩具中的邻苯二甲酸酯(DEHP、DBP、BBP、DNOP、DINP和DIDP)的新要求。
