ISO certification, ISO/TC130 twenty-seventh annual spring meeting of the working group held in China
2013年5月19-24日，经国家标准化管理委员会和新闻出版广电总局批准，由全国印刷标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC170）和深圳市印刷行业协会共同承办的ISO/TC130第27届春季工作组会议在深圳威尼斯酒店举行，来自中国及美国、德国、法国、英国、瑞典、意大利、荷兰、巴西、日本等16个国家的113位专家出席了会议。
In 2013 May 19-24 day, by the National Standardization Management Committee and the press and Publication Administration approved, by the National Standardization Technical Committee printing (SAC/TC170) and the Shenzhen Printing Industry Association jointly hosted by ISO/TC130 twenty-seventh annual spring meeting of the working group held in Shenzhen Venezia Hotel, 113 experts from 16 countries and the United States, Germany, France, China Britain, Sweden, Holland, Italy, Brazil, Japan, attended the meeting.
中国代表团团长胡桂绵、ISO/TC130WG12召集人何晓辉、注册专家刘霞、邓国康、陈亚雄、刘浩学、谭浩辉、王强、彭安琪、陈杰文、方君阳、王利婕、崔远超、WG12秘书李美芳以及来自中国及中国香港地区的非注册专家共53位代表参会，人数达历史之最。
The Chinese delegation headed by Hu Guimian, ISO/TC130WG12 convener He Xiaohui, Liu Xia, Deng Guokang, Chen Yaxiong registered experts, Liu haoxue, Tan Haohui, Wang Qiang, Peng Anqi, Chen Jiewen, Fang Junyang, Wang, Cui Yuanchao, Lijie WG12 Secretary Li Meifang as well as from China and Chinese Hongkong area not registered experts were 53 delegates, the number of the history.
本次会议共有八个工作组及相关的四个联合工作组召开了会议。各个组别分别侧重于术语、印前数据交换、过程控制和度量衡、介质和材料、印刷品对环境的影响、印后、印刷符合性评价要求等不同领域，按照ISO导则要求的程序由召集人组织展开了深入的讨论，推进本工作组的标准制定工作。
This meeting a total of eight working groups and four joint working group meeting. All groups were focused on terminology, prepress data exchange, process control and measurement, media and materials, printing the impact on environment, prepress, printing of conformity assessment requirements in different fields, according to the ISO guidelines for the requirements of the program by the convenor organizations conducted in-depth discussion, the working group working to promote the development of standards.
5月20日，承办方举办了“国际印刷标准化？深圳之夜”欢迎晚宴，SAC/TC170副主任委员、新闻出版广电总局科技与数字出版司副司长谢俊旗和深圳市印刷行业协会会长谭浩辉分别致欢迎词，表达了对各位专家的欢迎和中国推进国际印刷标准化的积极态度。SAC/TC170副主任委员、北京印刷学院副校长蒲嘉陵和SAC/TC170秘书长胡桂绵共同主持了晚宴，SAC/TC170副主任委员、中国印刷技术协会常务副理事长张双儒以及广东省新闻出版局副局长黄玲等领导应邀出席了晚宴。

ISO/TC130是国际标准化组织第130号技术委员会，全称是ISOTC130GraphicTechnology，即印刷技术委员会，成立于1969年，拥有46个成员国，其中参与成员国为30个，观察成员国有16个。全国印刷标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC170）是中国唯一与ISO/TC130对应的印刷标准化机构，承担着国际印刷技术标准的投票表决工作（“P”成员）。

约有100多名主要来自美国、德国、法国、英国、瑞士、瑞典、巴西、日本、中国的标准化专家常年参与标准制订工作。迄今为止，ISO/TC130已颁布了70项国际印刷标准，并正在制订23项新的标准。这些印刷标准在世界范围内广泛应用，成为指导印刷生产、控制印刷过程、认证印刷质量的可靠依据。按照ISO/TC130的活动规则，它每年要组织召开两次标准工作会议，由各成员国轮流承办。
