6月1日起，国际印刷标准化工作由欧美发达国家主导的局面将被改变。经国家标准化管理委员会批复，中国印刷技术协会获准承担国际标准化组织印刷技术委员会（ISO/TC130）秘书处工作，自6月1日开始履职。秘书处由崔远超担任秘书。

据介绍，ISO/TC130秘书处此前由德国标准化学会承担，2012年德国在全球经济危机背景下提出无力支撑秘书处的运作，ISO/TC130遂在成员国范围内征集秘书处承担单位。中国积极申请，经由成员国投票胜出，于2012年11月获准承担秘书处工作。中国印刷技术协会作为全国印刷标准化技术委员会秘书处承担单位和国家新闻出版广电总局管理的印刷行业协会，凭借多年直接对口ISO/TC130的工作经验，最终成为秘书处承担单位。

“从国际角度看，我国的印刷标准化工作才刚刚起步。虽然我国的印后标准相对较多，具有制定国际印后标准的优势，但在印前、印刷过程等标准化领域，和发达国家的差距还很大。”张双儒表示。据介绍，ISO/TC130有13个工作组，其中12个工作组秘书处承担国为美国、德国、英国、荷兰等欧美发达国家，中国仅承担印后工作组秘书处。标准化人才缺失也是中国开展国际印刷标准化工作面临的问题，全国印刷标准化技术委员会秘书长胡桂绵说：“国际标准制定修订时要求ISO/TC130注册专家表达意见，但是我国具备英语读写说能力且具有印刷专业背景的国际化人才还比较短缺，除了少数来自高校的注册专家外，还需各界大力挖掘与储备相关人才。”

为解决以上问题，中国印刷技术协会拟创建印刷标准国际化支援联盟，吸纳中国龙头印刷企业加入，建设标准化人才队伍，推动行业企业积极参加标准的制定与修订，促进中国的印刷标准走向国际。
