为鼓励企业在积极采用环境友好生产模式，并较好地履行社会责任，国际环保纺织协会(Oeko-Tex)正在制定一个更加优化和独立的企业认证——可持续纺织生产认证(Sustainable Textile Production，缩写为STeP)。该认证旨在为全球纺织产业链中的品牌商、零售企业和生产商，提供透明、详实的可持续生产证明。
In order to encourage enterprises to actively adopt environmental friendly production mode, and better fulfill their social responsibilities, the international Oeko-Tex Association (Oeko-Tex) is developing a more optimized and independent enterprise certification -- Sustainable Textile production certification (Sustainable Textile Production, abbreviation STeP). 据悉，国际环保纺织协会将在3月26日于香港举行的国际时尚业高峰论坛(Prime Source Forum)上，首次介绍可持续生产认证STeP的优势和要求。该认证将在今年6月12日在德国法兰克福举行的Oeko-Tex可持续生产企业颁奖活动上正式推出。
