【按】为进一步加强中央企业之间开展管理提升活动工作进展情况的沟通交流，中央企业管理提升活动领导小组办公室将进一步完善各央企活动重点工作进展情况定期通报制度，在今年的工作过程中严格按照活动有关文件要求，对中央企业相关重点工作完成情况及时进行通报，并将通报情况作为对企业活动组织工作进行评价的重要依据。2013年中央企业需上报的活动材料及时限要求详见附件1。

领导小组办公室对中央企业第二阶段工作方案和专项提升工作计划的内容及报备情况进行了复核，现将有关情况通报如下：

截至2013年3月5日，根据《国资委办公厅关于做好中央企业管理提升活动第一阶段工作评价和第二阶段工作安排有关事项的通知》（国资厅发改革〔2012〕73号）要求，共有113家中央企业制定了第二阶段工作方案和专项提升工作计划，并向领导小组办公室进行了报备。其中，航天科技、南方电网、中国电信、中国移动、中铝公司、中远集团、中航集团、中煤集团、中国中材、有研总院、矿冶总院、中国北车、农发集团、中林集团、保利集团、建研院、冶金地质总局、中国电建、武汉邮科院、中国铁物、中国国新等21家企业按时进行了报备。中船重工、华粮物流公司、汽研中心三家企业至今未提交第二阶段工作方案和专项提升工作计划。

领导小组办公室按照“四定四落实”要求，对企业报备的有关工作方案内容进行了复核。复核情况详见《中央企业管理提升活动第二阶段工作方案和专项提升工作计划备案及复核情况统计表》。
