    第一、国际标准。 国际标准是指国际标准化组织（ISO认证）、国际电工委员会（IEC），以及其它国际组织所制定的标准。其中ISO是目前世界上最大的国际标准化组织，它成立于1947年，到2002年它已有117个成员，包括117个国家和地区。ISO认证现已制订10300多个标准，主要涉及各个行业各种产品的技术规范。IEC也是比较大的国际标准化组织，它主要负责电工、电子领域的标准化活动。
