据介绍，不合格食品涉及18类产品，主要不合格产品是粮谷及制品类、糕点饼干类和糖类，不合格产品来自24个国家或地区，食品添加剂、品质和微生物等项目为主要不合格原因。
According to introducing, substandard food relates to 18 kinds of products, the main products are grain and related products, biscuits and sugars, unqualified products from 24 countries or regions, food additives, quality and microorganisms in such projects as the main reason of unqualified.
不合格化妆品涉及两类产品，分别为美容类化妆品和肤用化妆品，来自3个国家或地区，标签、品质、货证不符和禁限用成分等项目为主要不合格原因。对以上不合格的进口食品、化妆品，口岸出入境检验检疫机构均采取了退运或销毁等措施，未进入国内市场。
