1　要求质检部的中检和最终检验开始全面填写日报表，做为数据来源；（确定少量的数据源）

　　2　将日报表里的数据转换成P－CHART，并同时生成柏拉图；（利用有限的数据源，制作关键点的简单图表）

　　3　一个月后，将P－CHART及柏拉图上报给董事长，并向其解说了图表中的表示的不良率及前三大不良；（确定关键意图）

　　4　老板由原来认为生产非常好，转变为意识到生产有问题啦（开始被报表吸引，此法无需过多的技术说明）
