一、 总则：
One, general principles:
1.1 为了保证产品质量，明确供需双方的责任，甲乙双方本着真诚合作，共同发展的原则，经双方共同协商，签订本技术质量保证协议。

1.2 甲乙双方应严格遵守本协议各条款的规定和要求，违约方应对其所造成的事故负全部责任，并按协议的要求作出损失赔偿。

1.3 本协议一式两份，双方各执一份。

1.4 本协议从双方签字盖章之日起生效，直到双方重新签订协议之前有效。但任何一方提出中止此协议，经双方友好议定后，即从议定日起30 日后中止此协议。

1.5 甲方若有任何质量疑问或不明确之处，请及时与认证工程师取得联系，以得到确认，任何口头协议均不予承认。

二、 验收规则：
Two, check and accept regulation:
2.1 验收标准：甲方提出并经乙方认可回签之《承认书》、甲乙双方图纸及样品，或相应的国家、部委颁发的有关检验规范、行业标准等。

2.2 乙方对甲方提供的材料验收时的抽样方案按国家标准MIL-STD-105E 一般检查水平Ⅱ，采用一次计数型抽样方案进行检查。

2.3 乙方向甲方提供乙方的设计要求，甲方提供《请承认书》（需附相应的认证资料及《环境相关物质不使用证明书（批准检定用）》及公正机构检定的ICP报告）给乙方确认，并对甲方的样品进行核对确认，《请承认书》与封样作为产品质量处理的主要标准。

2.4乙方按协议第2.1条和第2.2条验收标准对产品进行入厂检验，判定不合格时，IQC发出不合格通知单，按本协议第 6.1 条处理。

2.5 当乙方连续检查三批不合格时，乙方向甲方发出暂停供货通知，由乙方根据情况决定是否停止甲方供货，并按本协议的第5.3 条处理。
