GB / T 50430-2007 quality management standard: 13 quality information and quality management improvement
13.1  一般规定
13.1 general provisions
13.1.1    施工企业应采用信息管理技术,通过质量信息资源的开发和利用,提高质量管理水平。
13.1.1 construction enterprise should adopt information management technology, through the quality of information resources development and utilization, improve the quality management level.
13.1.2    施工企业应建立并实施质量信息管理和质量管理改进制度,通过对质量信息的收集和分析,确定改进的目标,制定并实施质量改进措施。
13.1.2 construction enterprise shall establish and implement quality information management and improve quality management system, the quality of information collection and analysis, identify the improvement objectives, develop and implement quality improvement measures.
13.1.3    施工企业应明确各层次、各岗位的质量信息字处理和质量管理改进职责。
13.1.3 construction enterprise should make clear each level, each post quality information in word processing and improve quality management responsibilities.
13.1.4    施工企业的质量管理改进活动应包括:质量方针和目标的管理、信息分析、质量管理体系评价、纠正与预防措施等。
13.1.4 construction enterprise quality management improvement activities should include: the quality policy and objectives of management, information analysis, evaluation of a quality management system, corrective and preventive measures.
13.2  质量信息的收集、传递、分析与利用
13.2 quality information collection, transmission, analysis and use
13.2.1    施工企业应明确为正确评价质量管理水平所需收集的信息及其来源、渠道、方法和职责。收集的信息应包括:
13.2.1 construction enterprise should be the correct evaluation of the level of quality management for collecting information and its sources, channels, methods and functions. Information gathered should include:
1        法律、法规、标准规范和规章制度等;

13.2.2    施工企业应总结项目质量管理策划结果的情况,并将其作为质量分析和改进的信息予以保存和利用。

13.2.3    施工企业保管理层次应按规定对质量信息进行分析,判断质量管理状况和质量目标实现的程度,识别需要改进的领域和机会,并采取改进措施。施工企业在分析过程中,应使用有效的分析方法。分析结果应包括:
