五金加工企业ISO14001环境体系认证污染源用控制措施
The control measures of pollution source authentication hardware processing enterprise ISO14001 environment system
1、噪音控制：
1, noise control:
（1）尽量在厂房布置和设备安装时考虑把噪音设备安装在远离厂房边界和人群的位置。

（2）在五金切割的设备区域安装隔音设施，如隔音棚，隔音窗、隔音板、隔音房等，并给操作人员佩戴耳塞、耳罩等防护设施。

2、化学品(油品等)管理：

（1）尽量选用挥发性低、危害小的化学品。

4、粉尘控制：

（1）应设立粉尘处理装置，如袋式除尘器、旋风除尘器等，以收集金属加工过程产生的粉尘；

5、水污染控制：

（4）定期检查有爆炸风险的设备，比如储气罐、锅炉等压力容器，并按规定进行委外安全检查，避免爆炸事故的发生。

笔者认为，五金企业是环境污染相对比较大的企业，如果能五金企业在建立ISO14001环境管理体系时能充分考虑以上方面的问题以及相应的管控措施和要求，就能明显减低环境危害、减少环境污染，并给企业带来显著的环境管理绩效。
