　　ISO14000是国际标准化组织继ISO9000系列标准后推出的一套环境管理系列标准。ISO14001环境管理体系标准作为ISO14000系列标准的核心， 强调污染预防、持续改进， 是企业建立环境管理体系并开展审核咨询的根本准则。 ISO14001标准由环境方针、策划、实施与运行、检查和纠正、管理评审等5个部分的17个要素构成，各要素之间有机结合，紧密联系，形成PDCA循环的管理体系，以期达到预防污染、节能降耗、提高资源能源利用率，最终实现企业环境行为的持续改进。
