第一章 总则

第一条：为了全面加强废旧物资处置管理，增强对废旧物资回收、销售等主要环节的监督管理力度，特制定本办法。

第三条：所有废旧物资均由上述部门归口统一回收，任何单位和个人无权擅自处理，违者视其情节追究其责任。

第二章 回 收

第四条：所有有价值的废旧物资由其产生单位负责交送物资回收部门废料场，要做到及时收集、定期交送。

第七条：对几种特殊的废旧物资规定如下：

（一）铝灰

1、电解各公司当日产生的所有铝灰需集中堆放在各自的铝灰堆点，由供应销售部回收科每日专人专车将铝灰拉运到回收科院内。

（三）氧化铝包装袋
