　　那么，什么样的企业需要进行iso/ts16949咨询呢？iso/ts16949是汽车行业供应链的专业标准，也是一项十分严格的标准。在咨询过程及证书上，除了标准本身之外，客户的要求也必须纳入。如果国内企业已经属于汽车行业供应链中的一员，且具有增值服务潜能的话，可以接受此标准的咨询。但是，代表国际8大汽车集团的IATF并不代表我国整车厂的利益，中国的汽车行业并未加入IATF，所以并非IATF的所有规则都能代表中国汽车整车企业的利益，而iso/ts16949咨询的内容除了其标准本身的要求外，还有顾客的特殊要求部分，咨询机构只会针对8大汽车集团的特殊要求进行审核，而不会考虑国内整车企业的特殊要求。所以，能够从iso/ts16949咨询获得利益的首先是作为IATF成员的汽车集团，而我国国内零部件厂如果不是为了给那些汽车集团生产配套产品，就没有必要进行iso/ts16949咨询。片面地认为16949咨询代表了汽车行业最高质量管理水平的思想是不可取的。
