    5月9日至13日，认证中心的审核专家对杭发公司的TS16949:2009质量管理体系进行了三年重审。此次审核目的为评价杭发经过三年审核周期后，质量管理体系是否依然保持符合TS16949:2009标准和相关要求并是否有效运行，确定是否推荐保持注册资格。

    在将近五天的时间里，审核组依据审核计划分为2个小组，认真审核了杭发公司组织质量管理体系中识别的所有过程，审核了公司的相关职能部门和生产分厂，以及杭州研发中心和杭州发动机销售部。此次审核发现有3项改善机会项，无不符合项。审核最终结论：公司质量管理体系满足TS16949:2009标准要求，运行有效，推荐保持注册资格。
