Low carbon product certification of British "carbon cuts marking plan (Carbon Reduction Label Scheme) hung in certification advisory
2006年起英国碳信托（Carbon Trust）开展了“碳削减标志计划（Carbon Reduction Label Scheme）” 成为开创低碳产品认证的先锋，试点计算了几十种产品的碳足迹。
Since 2006, the Carbon Trust (Carbon Trust) launched the "carbon reduction marking plan (Carbon Reduction Label Scheme)" became a pioneer in creating a low carbon product certification pilot calculation, dozens of product carbon footprint.
2007年5月，英国环境、食品和乡村事务部（Defra）公布了基于碳信托试点项目的自愿性计划，建议商家在商品标签上注明该产品在生产、运输和配送等过程中所产生的碳排放量，以告知消费者该商品对全球变暖的影响程度，当时就有120多家商家表示愿意加入。随后，英国环境、食品和乡村事务部与碳信托和英国标准协会（BSI）合作制订一个计算产品碳排放量的评价规范，即PAS2050标准草案。
In 2007 May, the British environment, food and Rural Affairs (Defra) announced a voluntary plan based on the Carbon Trust pilot projects, carbon emissions suggesting marked the products generated in the production, transportation and distribution process in the commodity label, to influence the degree to inform consumers of the goods on the global warming, then there are more than 120 businesses willing to join. Subsequently, the British environment, food and rural affairs and the Carbon Trust and the British Standards Institute (BSI) work out a calculating product carbon emissions evaluation standard, namely the PAS2050 draft standard.
2008年10月英国PAS 2050标准正式发布，它是一个开放性的碳排放量计算测量标准，其开放性有力的提高了PAS 2050的接受程度和英国碳削减标志的市场权威性，目前很多国家或私人企业所进行的产品碳排放评估活动在不同程度上参考了该标准。
In 2008 October the British standard PAS 2050 is released formally, it is an open standard calculation of measurement of carbon emissions, its openness, enhancing the market acceptance of authority of PAS 2050 and UK carbon cuts logo, product carbon emission assessment activities at present a lot of countries or private enterprises for reference of the standard in different extent.
英国还致力于为PAS 2050标准争取国际发展空间，在世界范围内以技术支持和技术合作的形式增强英国标准和碳标志的影响力，还积极参与国际标准化组织的低碳产品标准的制定工作。
The UK is committed to promoting international development space for the PAS 2050 standard, in the world scope with technical support and technical cooperation in the form of increased British Standards and carbon label's influence, the low carbon product standards is also actively involved in the formulation of international organization for standardization work.
参加首批试点计划的六个英国公司，包括了Innocent饮料公司，百事可乐公司和英国超市连锁乐购（Tesco）已经对选定的试点产品正式贴上了英国碳削减标志。
Six British companies to participate in the first batch of pilot programs, including Innocent beverage company, Pepsi Co and the British supermarket chain Tesco (Tesco) has been the pilot selected products officially labeled UK carbon cuts mark.
