ISO conference the 2021 plenary meeting of the solar energy technical committee of the international organization for Standardization (ISO / TC 180)

在日前召开的国际标准化组织太阳能技术委员会（ISO/TC 180）2021年全体会议上，中国标准化研究院专家刘猛成为该委员会二氧化碳减排测量专家组召集人。

At the 2021 plenary meeting of ISO Technical Committee on solar energy (ISO / TC 180) held recently, Liu Meng, an expert from China Institute of standardization, became the convener of the committee's expert group on carbon dioxide emission reduction measurement.

来自中国、澳大利亚、奥地利、丹麦、法国、德国、伊朗、瑞士、美国、希腊等国家、联络组织及ISO中央秘书处官员等参加线上和线下会议。

Officials from China, Australia, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Switzerland, the United States, Greece and other countries, liaison organizations and ISO Central Secretariat attended the online and offline meetings.

中国标准化研究院提出的太阳能热利用技术碳减排核算方法的标准化议题获参会代表积极支持，来自德国、希腊、瑞士等国的10余名专家报名参加该议题研究工作。

The issue of standardization of accounting methods for carbon emission reduction of solar thermal utilization technology proposed by China Institute of standardization was actively supported by the participants, and more than 10 experts from Germany, Greece, Switzerland and other countries signed up to participate in the research on this issue.

全会以会议决议的形式一致通过建立“CO2减排测量”专家组，由中国标准化研究院副研究员刘猛担任召集人，研究太阳能热利用技术碳减排测量标准化议题，为下一步国际标准制定提供技术建议。

The plenary session unanimously approved the establishment of an expert group on "CO2 emission reduction measurement" in the form of a resolution of the meeting, with Liu Meng, an associate researcher of China Institute of standardization, as the convener, to study the standardization of carbon emission reduction measurement of solar thermal utilization technology and provide technical suggestions for the next international standard formulation.

据介绍，ISO/TC 180目前包括26个成员国和42个观察员国，已发布国际标准19项，在研国际标准5项，其中中国牵头制定发布国际标准5项、在研国际标准3项。

It is reported that ISO / TC 180 currently includes 26 member states and 42 observer states. It has issued 19 international standards and 5 international standards under research, of which China has taken the lead in formulating and issuing 5 international standards and 3 international standards under research.

中国标准化研究院资环分院长期开展太阳能相关标准化研究工作，积极支持国内机构参与国际标准制修订工作，并在相关国际标准制定过程中发挥重要作用。

The asset environment branch of China Institute of standardization has long carried out standardization research related to solar energy, actively supported domestic institutions to participate in the preparation and revision of international standards, and played an important role in the formulation of relevant international standards.
