2016年3月9日，国际标准化组织（ISO）主席、鞍钢集团公司副董事长张晓刚应中航工业董事长林左鸣邀请到中航工业做题为《国际标准化的发展与中国制造》的专题授课。

中航工业总经理、党组副书记谭瑞松，副总经理、党组成员吴献东，党组成员孙卫福，副总经理、党组成员李本正，纪检组长、党组成员张希出席讲座。李本正主持讲座。中航工业总部各部门员工、有关单位主要领导近300名同志在主会场参加讲座。全集团200多家单位1900余名同志在全国各地的视频分会场聆听授课。

张晓刚指出，在新的国际市场格局下，标准之争已成为全球竞争的制高点，中国国际标准化活动任重而道远，要持续为中国制造提供有利支撑。此外，航空工业作为中国制造的旗帜产业，要担纲起央企使命，为中国企业做出表率，积极参与到国际标准化方面的相关活动。

Zhang pointed out that in the new pattern of international market, competition has become the commanding point of global competition, China international standards activities go15, to continue to provide favorable support for "made in China". 谭瑞松在讲话中指出，作为高端装备、高科技产业集团，中航工业一直将标准化视为关乎企业未来发展的战略性工作来抓，积极推进集团标准工程，在促进专业化整合、管理创新、型号研制、技术能力以及国际影响力提升等方面取得成就。谭瑞松要求各单位在集团公司标准二期工程中始终坚持开放发展，树立全球视野和战略思维，全面提高集团标准国际化水平，逐步掌控行业和产品国际标准的话语权，努力推动中国标准和中国装备“走出去”。
