为全力服务中部地区合作与发展的战略决策，进一步加强中部地区认证执法监管工作的交流与合作，共享区域间资源优势，切实维护产品质量安全，服务中部地区经济社会发展，河南、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西等5省质监局于10月24日在河南郑州签署了《中部五省质量技术监督局认证执法监管工作区域联动合作备忘录》。

　　会议本着“服务经济、加强合作、深化互认、信息共享、协同发展”的原则，达成了七条共识：一是建立认证执法监管合作联动联席会议制度，二是共同推动重点领域认证工作，三是建立认证执法监管资源的开放和共享机制，四是建立认证执法监管联动机制，五是建立认证执法监管经验交流机制，六是建立认证执法监管联合宣传机制，七是联合争取国家支持。
Meeting the spirit of "service economy, strengthen cooperation, and deepen the mutual recognition, principles of information sharing, collaborative development", reached the seven consensus: one is to establish the system of certified law enforcement supervision cooperation joint conference, the two is to promote the certification work in key areas, three is open and the establishment of the certified law enforcement supervision resources sharing mechanism, the four is the establishment of regulatory mechanism of certified law enforcement, the five is the establishment of the certified law enforcement supervision experience exchange mechanism, the six is the establishment of the certified law enforcement supervision combined with propaganda mechanism, seven is combined with support for the country.
　　联席会议还就2014年区域监管拟合作项目等问题进行了讨论和研究。国家认监委有关部门负责人，五省质监局分管局长和认证处处长参加了会议。
