    10月21日至25日，来自柬埔寨、印尼、老挝、马来西亚、缅甸、新加坡、泰国、越南等8个东盟国家的23名标准化官员和专家参加了由中国国家标准委主办、广西质监局承办的首次中国-东盟标准化培训与交流活动。期间，中方发言人透露，中国与东盟将逐步达成标准化“共融、互通、互认”共识，双方合作即将迈入常态务实新阶段。

    近年来，为进一步推进中国与东盟在政治、经济各领域的对话与合作，双方签署了《中国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》、《面向和平与繁荣的战略伙伴关系联合宣言》等多项重大决议。而标准化被外界普遍认为是中国与东盟合作的又一个突破口，对于自贸区升级版谈判，以及进一步推动双多边贸易有着深远的意义。

    据了解，这次标准化交流活动传递的合作信心来自于之前的多次成功范例：2008年，中国与新加坡、马来西亚相继签署的标准化合作协议；在农业标准化互通方面，中国近几年在越南谅山省谅山市建立的葡萄农业标准化示范区、水稻农业标准化示范区已经通过验收，在柬埔寨磅士卑省的标准化木薯、柑橘种植基地以及在桔井省的香蕉、木薯标准化种植示范园建设已经初见成效；与此同时，中国广西标准技术研究院成立中国-东盟技术标准研究中心，开通了覆盖东盟十国的标准信息服务平台，为下一步标准化整体“互通、互认”打下了坚实基础。
